The main goal of our training programs is to empower the farming community with modern agricultural technologies, improve crop productivity, and promote self-employment through skill-oriented vocational courses.
We offer three main categories of training: On-Campus Trainings: Conducted at the KVK premises using our specialized instructional units and tools. Off-Campus Trainings: Conducted directly in villages or on farmers' fields to provide hands-on demonstrations in real-world conditions. Vocational Trainings: Long-term, skill-based programs designed for rural youth and school dropouts to help them start their own enterprises.
Our programs are specifically tailored for: Practicing Farmers (both men and women). Rural Youth and school dropouts. Extension Personnel and agricultural officers. Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Farmers' Clubs.
Training is provided across several key disciplines, including: Agronomy: Modern crop production and weed management. Horticulture: Production of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Plant Protection: Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and disease control. Animal Husbandry: Dairy, poultry, and goat rearing. Home Science: Value addition, nutrition, and income-generating activities for women. Soil Science: Soil health management and nutrient application. Agricultural Engineering: Use of farm machinery and tools.
Absolutely. We provide Farm Advisory and Extension Services, including: Diagnostic visits to farmers' fields by scientists. Plant Health Clinic: Diagnosing nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases. Mobile Advisories: Updates via SMS or WhatsApp regarding weather and crop protection.
